1. Who we are
Omen Services (omen.services) is a service offered by Omen IT Solutions, a trade name of Walter White Enterprises, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company headquartered in Culpeper, Virginia. In this policy, "Omen," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Walter White Enterprises, LLC doing business as Omen IT Solutions / Omen Services.
This policy covers information we collect through omen.services, the lead form on the site, text messages and emails we exchange with you, and any custom website mockup we build for you.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Lead form: your full name, mobile phone number, trade (e.g. roofing, handyman), primary county, and any optional notes you include.
- Messages: the contents of any text, email, or phone call you exchange with us.
- Assets you send us: photos, logos, or business information you provide so we can build your custom mockup.
- Billing information (customers only): if you purchase a paid service, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your card and billing details directly. We do not see or store your card number.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location (city/region).
- Cookies and similar technologies: see section 6.
2.3 Information from third parties
- If you reach us through Facebook Lead Ads or a Facebook Instant Form, Meta may share the form fields you filled out (typically name, email, phone) with us.
- If you message us through Facebook Marketplace or Messenger, Meta operates that channel and its own privacy policy applies to data held by Meta.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your request and build the free mockup you asked for.
- To contact you about your mockup, by text or email, as described in section 5.
- To provide, maintain, and bill for paid services if you become a customer.
- To measure what's working on our site and improve it (see section 6).
- To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse of our forms.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact information. We do not share your information for others' direct marketing.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run Omen. Each is contractually required to use your information only to provide services to us.
- Seoyo — our lead-routing platform; receives lead submissions so we can respond.
- Vercel — hosts the website and the form endpoint.
- Twilio — sends and receives SMS messages.
- SendGrid (or Resend) — sends transactional email (mockup delivery, follow-ups, receipts).
- Stripe — processes payments for customers who purchase a paid plan.
- Google Analytics 4 — pageview and conversion measurement (only if you accept analytics cookies). IP addresses are anonymized.
- Microsoft Clarity — session replay and heatmaps to see where visitors get stuck (only if you accept analytics cookies). Replays are stored at Microsoft and never sold.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 — verifies that form submissions come from a real person, not a bot. This is essential for protecting our forms; it loads on the page that contains a form regardless of your cookie choice. Google's privacy policy applies to data they receive.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures ad performance (only if you run paid Facebook ads, and only if you accept ad cookies).
- Cloudflare — may be used for DNS, email routing, or security filtering.
We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, your safety, or others' safety.
5. SMS and text-message consent
By submitting the Omen lead form, calling or texting our business line, or checking an SMS-consent box on a Facebook Lead Ad, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provided. These may include:
- An automatic acknowledgement within ~2 minutes confirming we received your form and setting a 24-hour delivery expectation.
- A delivery message with a link to your free mockup.
- Follow-up messages about your mockup or your account.
- Occasional service updates (hosting, billing, outages) if you become a paying customer.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may get help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. We do not sell your mobile number.
6. Cookies and analytics
A cookie is a small file stored on your device by your browser. We use cookies and similar technologies in two categories:
- Essential cookies — make the site work (e.g. remembering your cookie preference). You cannot opt out of these.
- Analytics and ad cookies — help us understand traffic (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) and measure which ads drive results (Meta Pixel, if running paid ads). We only set these after you accept them through our cookie banner.
- Anti-spam — Google reCAPTCHA loads on pages with a form to keep bots out. This is treated as essential and not gated on your cookie choice.
You can change your preference at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how the site works.
We do not knowingly use "super-cookies," device-fingerprinting, or other non-standard tracking techniques.
7. How long we keep information
- Lead records: up to 24 months from the last interaction, so we can follow up if you come back.
- Customer records: for the life of your account plus 7 years, to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Server logs: typically 30–90 days.
- Backups: may persist longer than the above; scheduled for deletion within 90 days of the primary record.
You can ask us to delete your information earlier — see section 8.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:
- Access a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete information, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the "sale" of personal information (we do not sell), or profiling.
- Appeal a decision we make about one of these requests (Virginia residents).
Virginia residents: the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act gives you the above rights. To exercise them, email info@omen.services with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We'll respond within 45 days. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our response, and if that appeal fails you can contact the Virginia Attorney General at oag.state.va.us.
Residents of other states with similar laws (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others) may have equivalent rights. Same email address, same process.
To unsubscribe from marketing email, click the unsubscribe link in any message. To stop SMS, reply STOP.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — HTTPS on every page, encrypted data in transit, access controls on our internal systems, and vetted vendors for anything we don't host ourselves. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach affecting you, we'll notify you as required by law.
10. Children's privacy
Omen Services is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve or as laws change. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll also post a notice on the site for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
