You tell me about your business.
A short form. What you do, where you work, a few photos if you have them. If you don't, I'll work with what's already out there.
For Central Virginia contractors
If you don't show up when homeowners search, your competitors are closing them. I'll build you a free website mockup — your business, your photos, your service area — so you can see exactly what you're missing.
No credit card. No sales call unless you want one. 24-hour turnaround.

The problem
Ten years ago a referral and a sign on your truck was enough. Now the homeowner pulls out their phone before they pull out their wallet. They type "deck repair near me" at 9pm on a Tuesday. Whoever shows up first gets the call.
If you're not on that screen — with real photos, a real phone number, and a page that looks like you give a damn — the job goes to the guy who is. Doesn't matter that your work is better. They never saw you.
The fix
01 → 02 → 03
A short form. What you do, where you work, a few photos if you have them. If you don't, I'll work with what's already out there.
Not a template with your name swapped in — an actual page for your trade, service area, and work. I'll pull photos from your Google profile if you don't have your own.
Link texted to you within 24 hours. Want to launch? $500 setup + $150/month. Not interested? No hard feelings — the mockup is yours to keep.

About
I run Omen out of Culpeper. I've built sites and handled IT for homebuilders, police associations, and fire departments across Central Virginia. I know how this area works — the counties, the trades, the way homeowners search. I'm not a big agency in Richmond or DC. I'm down the road.
"I make websites for the American working man. Because that's what I am, and that's who I care about."
When you hire me, you text me. Not a ticket system.

Stuff I hear a lot
If yours isn't here, text me. Number's at the top of the page.
That's great — and that's also fragile. Word of mouth slows down when your best customer moves away, when a competitor opens up, or when their kid googles you and finds nothing. A website doesn't replace your reputation. It backs it up so the next homeowner who hears your name can actually find you.
Facebook is fine for showing your buddies a finished deck. It's not where people search for a contractor at 9pm. Google is. And Facebook owns your page — you don't. If they change the rules tomorrow, your business goes with it. A real site on your own domain doesn't.
Your nephew is probably a smart kid. But he's got school, a job, a girlfriend, and he's never set up a Google Business Profile or a call tracking number. The mockup is free. Show it to him. If he can match it by the weekend, go with family. If you're still waiting in six months, you know where to find me.
Honest answer: usually 2-6 weeks for the first calls, faster if your Google Business Profile was already half-set-up. SEO is a slow build, not a switch. That's why the setup fee is refundable if you don't have a lead in 60 days — I'd rather have skin in the game than promise you the moon.
Then you tell me, and we move on. No invoice, no follow-up sales calls, no hard feelings. The mockup is yours — delete it, save it, show it to your nephew. It cost you a 2-minute form. I'll survive.
